What locations do you serve?
A. Based in Edmonton, I serve all of Alberta.
How do I book with you?
A. Simply click any contact button or go to epicsoulphotography/contact to let me know what kind of session you're interested in. I'll respond within 24 hours, work on developing and understanding your vision, and walk you through the right options before we confirm anything.
When should I book?
A. As soon as you are even thinking about photography services, contact me for consult. The earlier the better, the more time we have to plan, and the more flexibility my schedule will have.
Do I need to plan everything before booking?
A. Not at all! Some clients come with clear ideas; others don’t know where to start. That’s why our first step is always a consult. Navigate to my contact form or click the button at the end of this page to begin shaping a plan together that feels perfect for you.

What should we wear?
A. After booking, I’ll send a Session Prep Guide with tips on outfits, locations, and what to bring. You should dress so you feel confident and look like you, not a costume version of yourself (unless a costume session is what you want!)
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
A. We’ll work together on a plan. Most usually I prefer to not reschedule and embrace the day we planned with full enthusiasm. Sometimes the most interesting and beautiful sessions come from unexpected weather. If you prefer, you can book an alternative location in the event of unexpected weather.
Can I bring my pet?
A. Pets are treasured and welcome!

A. Payment Options:
I work with secure online payments via your choice of method (Credit & Debit available). Flexible plans are available for many sessions to help keep things comfortable and stress-free.
Taxes are a sure thing for business well-done; tax is applied at checkout.

Rescheduling:
Bookings are guaranteed only for the original date and time selected. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, but I will always try to accommodate one reschedule when given at least one week’s notice and when availability allows. I ask that rescheduling requests be reasonable and communicated as early as possible so I can best support you.
Refunds & Cancellations:
All bookings are non-refundable in the event of: No-shows; cancellations; and, a reschedule request that cannot be accommodated. This policy helps ensure fairness and protects the time set aside specifically for your session.
If I Need to Adjust Your Booking:
In the rare event that Epic Soul Photography needs to decline or adjust a booking (for example, due to an accidental double-booking or an incorrect session type being selected), you will receive an email within 48 hours outlining next steps. Where applicable, you’ll be offered a reschedule or refund. This situation is uncommon and handled with clear communication and care.

Location & Studio Options
A. I have a list of locations for outdoor and indoor photos, from beautiful nature to interesting city/street views and fun, creative public spaces. We can find a location that works for your session needs, or we can book a studio (costs vary depending on location).
Who chooses my photos?
A. Unless your package states otherwise, I will select your photos from a professional viewpoint.
For packages that include prints, you will choose the images for retouching and print from a gallery of unedited previews.
